PALM BEACH POST'S COVERAGE OF HERITAGE SUNDAY

The Palm Beach Post was nvited to cover our Heritage Sunday dinner yesterday and Brandon Kruse, a Post photographer, came and took photos.

One appeared today on the front page Local of the Post and 17 photos in total are on the Palm Beach The pictures are in a photo gallery on the Post's website. Below is the link.

YOUTH FUNDRAIERS!

The youth are raising money to go on mission trips and need your help!

Duffy's Restaurant on Village Blvd. – We receive 10% of their Thursday night sales during the month of May from 5:00 pm - close. (I am including a power point slide) We can use their logo. We want people to go to support youth mission trips and summer camp. On the calendar please add – this promotion is on Sunday May 17th– all day.

Youth are having a FREE car wash on May 9th from 8am - noon in the front parking lot. The youth are collecting sponsors (example: people will sponsor 5 cents/car).

We want people to bring in their old inkjet cartridges and old cell phones as a fundraiser. There are boxes in the back of the Gathering Place and Chapel.

YOUTH MISSION TRIPS

An exciting trip is coming up for the high school youth to HEIFER RANCH & MAGIC SPRINGS THEME PARK to raise AWARENESS OF GLOBAL POVERTY & HUNGER.

Also, there is another great trip for the Middle Schoolers in Cherokee, North Carolina, where the youth will be working in the community to help improve the quality of life through construction, care, and compassion. We will experience another part of God’s country and learn to appreciate how we can share the Gospel of Jesus Christ back here at home.

WEBSITE LAUNCH!

After a few months of designing, the new church website is ready for launch! Although it is not completely finished, most of the site's features have been enabeled. If you notice anything incorrect (spelling, bugs, etc), please email what you've found to kevinj1121@gmail.com.
